Remhoogte Wine Estate

In Their Words
Remhoogte History & Location
Set in the heart of the Cape Winelands, Remhoogte is a family-run winery on the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountain, just 5-10 minutes north from the historic town of Stellenbosch.
Vines have been grown on the estate since 1812 and we believe our wines are made in the vineyards. Our unique situation in Stellenbosch provides the ideal area for the production of quality wines; our vineyards vary in age from just planted to 36 years old and we have a total of 8 varieties of grapes planted.
Our wines are a product of ancient soils, steep slopes and winds off the cold Atlantic Ocean. They tell the story of the vineyards, our heritage and passion for winemaking and preserving the land for future generations. Run by brothers Chris and Rob – plus father Murray Boustred – family values are held at the core of all operations. We endeavour to make every bottle of our wine a memorable experience and look forward to welcoming you to our estate.
