Leopard’s Leap was conceptualised at the turn of the century by winemaker and businessman Hein Koegelenberg. With an initial international focus, the brand’s exceptional performance in the global market sees it now represented in over 40 countries.

Wine Tasting: open Tue to Sat 9am-5pm & Sun 11am-5pm.
Virtual Wine Tasting: available Tue to Sat 9am-5pm (pre-booking essential).
Rotisserie Restaurant: open Wed to Sun 9am-4pm.
Family Table: available Wed to Sat only (pre-booking essential).

Leopard’s Leap Wine Tasting
Leopard’s Leap offer several wine ranges, including LOOKOUT, Classic, Culinaria, Special Edition and the Family Collection. These are an elegant collection of well-structured wines, to be served with pride on any table and on any occasion.
Wine Tasting Prices
The Estate offers a 6 Wine Tasting for R55pp (an option to include 2 non-alcoholic wines from our Natura De-alcoholised range can be included). For groups of 6 or more, a Wine Tasting Ambassador will personally host you in a dedicated tasting area, including the same tasting for R65pp (bookings essential for groups only).
For an informal online introduction to our range of wines, why not book a Virtual Wine Tasting from the comfort of your own home. Priced from R55 per 45 min session (free with purchases of 12 bottles). Reservations by appointment only and these must be pre-paid.
Leopard’s Leap Restaurants
Our dining focus is on relaxing, family-orientated enjoyment with uncomplicated seasonal food. Our main lunch format is served ‘family-style’ at the table and you can sit in our spacious dining room, on the veranda, or outside in good weather.
For groups of up to 16, we would recommend booking our Family Table package, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. This is hosted by a dedicated waiter and a selection of food is served to you on an exclusive family-style table.
Leopard’s Leap also offers a South African Table culinary experience, with the opportunity to taste authentic South African dishes whilst learning more about our food and wine heritage. Please refer to Tours & Experiences for more information.
Menus & Pricing
At breakfast expect options such as Sourdough Slow Cook Pork or Smoked Trout (R85). At lunchtime, our flagship Rotisserie Lunch includes a variety of tender, juicy meats from our spit, plus a selection of seasonal salads and roasted vegetables sourced from the farm. We also serve a range of delicious wood-fired pizzas, pastries and cakes. Rotisserie from R195pp.
Our Family Table package includes generous salad platters, a succulent selection of meats from the rotisserie as well as an array of tempting desserts. Cost from R435pp excluding drinks, bookings essential.

Please note Leopard’s Leap do not offer Cellar Tours.
In terms of culinary activities, our South African Table group experience is hosted by Chef Christiaan Visser who prepares and shares authentic South African dishes, whilst a Wine Tasting Ambassador will join the 3 course meal to introduce our wines and their unique attributes. Cost from R355pp. Bookings essential.
