A hidden paradise in Stellenbosch nestled between majestic mountains, Delaire Graff is the ultimate Cape Winelands experience, dedicated to excellence and beauty in its many forms.
Much like polishing a diamond to reveal its brilliance, jeweller Laurence Graff has transformed an extraordinary natural setting into a world-class destination for wine, art, cuisine and escape from the everyday. With 20 hectares of vineyards situated on the slopes of Botmaskop Mountain, planted with Bordeaux reds and Chardonnay grapes, Delaire Graff Estate produces supremely elegant vintages and we are honoured to have been named one of the Top 50 wineries by the World’s Best Vineyards — placing first within the African continent in 2020.
Set in acres of fragrant gardens, the Estate also serves as a gallery for an extraordinary art collection. Handpicked by Laurence Graff from his private collection, over 400 pieces of art and sculpture await discovery.

Wine Tasting: open daily 10am-5pm. On Fri & Sat open until 8pm for wines by the glass or bottle.

Indochine Restaurant: open daily, seatings for lunch 12.30pm-2pm & dinner 4pm-8pm (7pm for certain set menus).

Delaire Graff Wine Tasting
In the heart of South Africa’s Winelands, savour a wine tasting experience like no other at Delaire Graff Estate, where guests can sample some of South Africa’s finest vintages accompanied by spellbinding views across Simonsberg Mountain.
Our elegant, art-filled Wine Lounge is open daily. Enjoy tutored wine tasting experiences, accompanied by elegant food platters, and sample exclusive vintages only available at Delaire Graff. Allow our wine tutors to awaken your senses to the unique qualities of our wines with a Tutored Wine Experience at our Wine Lounge.
Please note the Wine Lounge operates on a first come, first served basis.
Wine Tasting Prices
Delaire Graff offers a range of wine tasting experiences for guests.
Choose from our Estate Range of wines for a 3 (R75pp), 4 (R100pp) or 5 glass (R125pp) flight, or sample our 4 wine Icon Range for R270pp. A wide selection are also available by the glass or bottle and we stock a range of non-alcoholic drinks.
Accompanying food platter options include cheese, charcuterie or smoked salmon. Prices start at R210 per person.

Pairing innovative cuisine with award-winning wines, dining at Delaire Graff is a sensational experience. Our two restaurants transform the freshest seasonal ingredients into accomplished, artful dishes, backdropped by iconic Cape Winelands views.
At Indochine Restaurant, embark on a thrilling epicurean adventure with Head Chef Virgil Kahn. One of the earliest meeting points between East and West, Cape sailors returned from Asia’s spice lands with great riches, and it is these flavours that are celebrated at Indochine, together with the expression they found in South Africa’s Cape Malay cuisine.
Delaire Graff Restaurant is a year-round culinary destination in the Cape Winelands. Savour impeccably plated, creative bistro favourites with a South African touch paired with peerless wines in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.

We serve beautifully crafted, real food that is sustainably and ethically sourced from the Estate and local suppliers. Our menus change regularly, inspired by the seasons and the finest fresh produce available.
At Indochine, we offer an a la carte menu including favourites such as Line Fish Sashimi, Free Range Wagyu Beef and Malay Curries (mains from R335pp). Alternatively try one of our special set menus – refer to the website for latest offerings.
At Delaire Graff Restaurant, we offer an a la carte menu, plus changing lunch and dinner set menus. A la carte options may include Textures of Butternut, Iberico Pork, Karoo Lamb and a range of desserts (mains from R300pp). Delaire Graff Tours & Activities
The Estate features a range of amenities and attractions to explore.
Cellar Tours are possible on an ad hoc basis and can be arranged, subject to availability, on the day guests partake in a wine tasting experience with their wine tutor. No reservations are taken and there is no charge. Please note these tours are only possible during quieter periods when a wine tutor is available and are not possible during harvest season.
Delaire Graff is a botanical paradise where you can discover acres of tranquil gardens planted to reflect the changing seasons. Spectacularly in bloom every day of the year, the Estate acts as an incredible backdrop for art and sculpture, where Laurence Graff’s personal collection is a carefully curated to showcase South Africa’s finest contemporary artists.

Delaire Graff Accommodation
Awaken each morning in your luxury accommodation and take a moment to enjoy the breathtaking views before embarking on the day you most desire, be it relaxing on your private deck or exploring the world-renowned Cape Winelands.
Delaire Graff Estate offers a selection of luxurious and exquisite accommodations, alongside a communal 22m pool and light-filled gym. The Deluxe, Luxury and Superior Lodges all feature a private deck with heated plunge pool, a serene living room and one bedroom (an extra bed for children is available on request for a supplement).
Deluxe Lodges offer garden views, Luxury Lodges offer mountain and valley views and Superior Lodges are larger, with vineyard views. Superior Lodges can interconnect, making them ideal for families or couples travelling together. The Estate also features two spacious Presidential Lodges with spectacular vineyard views and, their own heated 12m private pool.
Pricing
Prices from R17,500 per lodge per night, including breakfast for 2 people, a complimentary mini-bar, wine tasting and laundry. Price based on a Deluxe Lodge in low season (winter).
